Mr Brendan Stanley is a vascular and endovascular surgeon. He has a strong interest in minimally invasive treatment of all vascular disease including carotid stenting and peripheral angioplasty and stenting.


He offers treatment for varicose veins and thoracoscopic sympathectomy for the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis. Mr Stanley is a no-gap provider for privately insured patients for inpatient services. He is an executive member of the Australia and New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery and has published on the guidelines for endoluminal repair of AAA and on the development of fenestrated endoluminal repair of AAA.


His current areas of interest and research include the development and application of branched endoluminal grafts for the treatment of arch, thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms. He has performed the first five cases in Australia of total aortic arch aneurysm repair using a branch endoluminal graft.
