Dr Kate is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Ballarat Women’s Clinic. She is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing at all stages of life, from adolescents to post menopause.
She is particularly interested in helping women to be empowered by their pregnancy journey and birthing choices, while providing individual guidance to ensure safety of mother and baby.
Kate is skilled in advanced laparoscopic surgery, colposcopy/cervical dysplasia management, endometriosis excision and menstrual disorder management.
Kate grew up in Ontario, Canada where she completed her undergraduate Bachelors and Masters degrees. After discovering her passion for medicine, she migrated to Australia to complete her MBBS at the University of Queensland. Kate then completed her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in Queensland and Victoria.
Dr Kate when not in clinic keeps busy with her Aussie kids and husband, while embracing the Ballarat climate like a true Canadian.
