Dr Paul Maggiore

Paul is a consultant cardiologist based in Perth, who specialises in multimodality cardiac imaging (echo, CT and MRI). He consults regarding all aspects of cardiac health.

Paul obtained a science degree (First Class Honours and top 5% of graduates) from University College London, prior to completing his medical degree at the same institution. He went on to complete 3 years of advanced training in Cardiology in Perth, WA. He subsequently completed a 12-month fellowship in Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging at MonashHeart, Melbourne. This fellowship included extensive training in echocardiography (cardiac ultrasound) and also cardiac CT.

Paul undertook further fellowship training in cardiac CT and MRI, under the supervision of world-renowned radiologist, Dr Jonathon Leipsic, at the Centre for Heart Valve Innovation, Vancouver.
