Dr Krista Makin is a Rheumatologist.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle, Australia, in 2005. She completed her Basic Physicians Training and Advanced Training in Rheumatology in Western Australia. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians.
She is currently Head of Department Rheumatology at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital where she is involved in clinical work and teaching. She consults privately at St John of God Murdoch Hospital and provides a regular rural service to Dunsborough in the south of Western Australia. She has special interests in adolescent transition and heritable connective tissue diseases.
