Dr Li is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with extensive experience in cataract surgery, corneal graft surgery, eyelid surgery and retinal conditions.


After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2012, she completed her ophthalmology training at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, where she continued on to an Advanced Cataract Fellowship which she completed in 2020. Following this, she obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists.


Dr Li has also undertaken further advanced subspecialty fellowship training in cornea and oculoplastic at Royal Perth Hospital, and cornea and refractive surgery at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital, UK. She has been a presenter at national and international conferences and her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals. She is fluent in Mandarin.


Dr Li is passionate about restoring vision; helping patients achieve their best possible level of vision to improve quality of life. She has special interests in:
