Dr Simon Kavanagh

A graduate of the University of Western Australia, Dr Simon Kavanagh trained as a haematologist in Perth.

With local experience in all areas of haematology, particularly the management of bleeding and clotting disorders, he moved to Toronto for two years for clinical and research specialisation in the field of myelodysplasia, myeloproliferative neoplasms and leukaemia.

Resuming clinical practise in Perth, Dr Kavanagh has a particular interest in the management of thrombotic disorders, low blood counts, haematologist malignancy and obstetric haematology.
