Mr Ian Holten

Mr Ian Holten is a plastic surgeon who treats patients at St John of God Geelong Hospital.

Mr Holten’s specialist post-graduate studies in plastic surgery were undertaken in the UK and the USA. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and British Association of Plastic Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgeons and Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

An experienced plastic and cosmetic surgeon with over 20 years’ experience, Mr Holten has a special interest in the latest techniques and technology offering non-surgical options for anti-ageing and skin rejuvenation.

Mr Holten also specialises in skin cancer detection, diagnosis and treatment and provides extensive training for general practitioners.

Mr Holten has devoted time to visit developing countries and along with his colleagues and helped to establish a plastic and reconstructive surgery program called Interplast.
