Dr Gout is a general ophthalmologist with a specialist interest in oculoplastic surgery. He is board certified in Australia (FRANZCO) and the UK (FRCOphth).
Having completed his training in the United Kingdom he undertook oculoplastic fellowships at Sydney Eye Hospital and UCLA Stein Eye Institute. This developed his clinical and research interests.
Dr Gout has a clinical interest in general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery.
