Mr John Dillon is a specialist orthopaedic surgeon holding dual fellowships with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland.


John moved to Australia from Ireland in 2011, and now lives in Ballarat where he specialises in the treatment of hip and knee conditions. He has specialised in the field of orthopaedic surgery for over 10 years. After completing his orthopaedic training, John spent a year at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London – the largest specialist orthopaedic hospital in the UK- refining his skills in hip and knee replacement surgery.


He has also spent time refining his training in sports knee surgery such as ACL reconstruction, lower limb realignment surgery and patellofemoral reconstruction at SportsMed, South Australia.
