Mr Steve Csongvay

Mr Steve Csongvay is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon who treats patients at St John of God Ballarat Hospital.

Mr Csongvay specialises in treating all types of upper limb orthopaedic conditions with a special interest in hand fractures, endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, complex wrist fractures and arthroscopic surgery of the wrist, elbow and shoulder. He also has expertise in elbow and shoulder joint replacement surgery and ligament reconstruction and repair.

Mr Csongvay has expertise in general orthopaedic trauma, especially of the upper limb and the management of the sequelae of these injuries.
