Dr Condous completed his General Surgical Fellowship in 1993 through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Followed by two years of post-fellowship training in Vascular Surgery with senior registrar posts at The Royal Brisbane Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre.



He is credentialed as a vascular and general surgeon at St John of God Ballarat Hospital ,Ballarat Health services ,East Grampians Health Care and Maryborough District Health Services. He was a participant as a surgeon in the local breast screen service from 1997 -2012 and has been the lead clinician for the Grampians Integrated Cancer Service (Breast cancer stream) since 2009.



His main expertise is as a vascular surgeon offering management of all arterial and venous conditions. His scope of practice includes the minimally invasive management of varicose veins including office based sclerotherapy therapies. He has performed several hundred stent graft procedures for the management of aortic aneurysmal disease since he introduced this treatment to Ballarat in 1999. He is the only surgeon in Ballarat to provide dialysis access procedures.
