Mr David Bowyer

David is a Western Victorian born and educated orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in lower limb surgery and sports medicine surgery.

As well as managing a busy private practice he consults at the St John of God Specialist Centre and is accredited at St John of God Geelong Hospital. He also holds a public appointment at University Hospital - Geelong.

David has a keen interest in education having travelled to Stanford University, USA as a visiting lecturer and performing a similar role at The University of Melbourne. He currently lectures and tutors medical students at Deakin University and is keenly involved in teaching orthopaedic trainees.

David is happily married with three children, living on the Bellarine Peninsula.
