Background and training:


Dr Murray Blythe was born and raised in Perth and studied medicine at the University of Western Australia. His internship and resident years were at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Alice Springs Hospital and Dunedin Hospital in New Zealand. His orthopaedic training was in Western Australia through the Australian Orthopaedic Association which he completed in 2011.
