Dr Michael Bardsley is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist . He treats patients at St John of God Ballarat Hospital.
Dr Bardsley graduated from Melbourne University in 1989 and first experienced obstetrics in 1993 when he spent twelve months at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. Dr Bardsley then entered general practice and spent ten years in Bacchus Marsh as a GP, with obstetrics being the primary focus of his work.
Dr Bardsley now has a busy obstetric practice, delivering around 200 babies each year. He also has an active gynaecological practice, with interests in pelvic floor surgery and incontinence, advanced laparoscopy including laparoscopic hysterectomy and infertility.
