Dr Awais Ahmad developed an interest in treating psychiatric conditions quite early in his medical career.
He not only excelled in psychodynamic psychotherapeutic approach during his training but also incorporated that into his clinical practice to treat and manage various mental health conditions, based on evidence.
He has vast clinical experience in the field of Psychiatry including more than a decade in Australia. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
He provides his clinical services particularly in the treatment of psychotic illnesses, mood disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders.
