Midland Head to Health offers free advice, support and, if needed, assessment and short-to-medium term treatment to adults living north of the river in Perth who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns, including stress and anxiety.

With immediate care, access to information and assistance navigating to other appropriate services, Midland Head to Health will help you find a way forward.

The centre offers a safe and welcoming environment, with people on hand to listen to and understand you.
