We’re proud to once again be recognised among Western Australia’s leading hospital service providers in the 2026 Australian Medical Association (WA) Hospital Health Check.
This annual survey captures valuable, first-hand feedback from Doctors in Training (DiTs), offering important insight into how hospitals support junior doctors across education, wellbeing, morale and working conditions.
We’re pleased to report:
- We achieved an A rating in Morale & Culture, Access to Leave and Terms, Rosters & Workload
- 93% of Doctors in Training said they would recommend SJGHC as a place to work and train We’re grateful to our DiTs for taking the time to share their experiences.
Their feedback plays a critical role in helping us listen, learn, and continue building environments where junior doctors feel supported, respected, and able to grow.
