Women's Health Update: Gynaecology Masterclass

This event will include presentations by local gynaecologists on the screening, management and treatment of common, but often complex gynaecological conditions. The event includes up-to-date information on the latest evidence-based approaches of diagnosis and management that can be used in the primary care setting.

Topics and learning outcomes

Participants will be able to:

  • Apply up-to-date management options for mild, moderate, and severe endometriosis, and interpret when surgical options may be indicated for advanced endometriosis.
  • Differentiate evidence-based strategies and protocols for managing menopause and address associated complexities through case-based learning.
  • Assess case studies to devise appropriate approaches for the diagnosis and management of complex ovarian cysts, and formulate referral pathways based on key case features.
