Dr Kerr completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth before pursuing further medical training. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Notre Dame in Sydney, followed by comprehensive orthopaedic training across New South Wales. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr Kerr has undertaken advanced fellowship training in anterior hip replacement surgery, robotic knee surgery, ACL reconstruction using a variety of graft techniques, and joint-preserving procedures for knee arthritis.
Through mentorship by leading orthopaedic specialists, Dr Kerr has developed particular expertise in minimally invasive and innovative surgical techniques. He is committed to delivering evidence-based care that maximises recovery and long-term outcomes for his patients.
