Dr Scott Claxton is an experienced sleep and respiratory physician, covering all aspects of sleep and respiratory medicine, with a particular interest in the investigation of breathlessness and management of sleep related breathing disorders, including: asthma, pneumonia, smoking related lung disease (COPD and lung cancer) and the breathing disorders of sleep (including sleep apnoea).

Dr Claxton consults in a number of locations in the Perth metropolitan area, including Joondalup, Subiaco, Murdoch and Mandurah.

He can provides inpatient care at St John of God Hospitals at Subiaco and Murdoch, and covers regional WA by Telehealth.

His special interests include: sleep disorders and general lung diseases, including asthma, pneumonia, smoking-related lung disease and lung cancer, breathing disorders of sleep and COPD.
