Opening and closing dates

Entries into the competition will be accepted between 10:00am (WST) on  
21 March 2026 and 4:00pm (WST) on 22 March 2026 (Submission Period).

Who may enter

The only people many enter the competition are attendees at the
Perth Pregnancy, Babies and Children’s Expo on 21 March and 22 March 2026. The competition is not open to employees of St John of God Health Care Inc.

How to enter

Entrants wishing to enter this competition, must scan their entry ticket at the St John of God Health Care stand using the lead capture scanner. 

Conditions of entry

An entry to the competition will only be valid if:
a. the Entrant agrees to be bound by, and complies with, these terms and conditions; and
b. the entry is received within the Submission Period.
St John of God Health Care Inc reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entrants may only submit one entry each. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Selection and notification of the winner

The winning entry will be drawn at random on Monday, 23 March 2026 from all entries received. The winner will be notified via their contact details supplied by Monday, 30 March 2026.

Prize details

The winner will receive a $150 voucher for Mum and Bub pamper session at Baby Spa Perth.    

The prize will either be delivered by courier or email to the winner or picked up in person by the winner, as agreed between the winner and St John of God Health Care Inc.  The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

If any aspect of the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason, St John of God Health Care Inc reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value. If the prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm (WST) on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 the Prize will be redrawn.

Privacy

Personal information collected by St John of God Health Care Inc from this competition will only be used to identify the winner of the competition and for St John of God Health Care Inc’s future marketing and promotional activities. All personal information collected by St John of God Health Care Inc in conjunction with the prize draw will be handled and used in accordance with St John of God Health Care Inc’s Privacy Policy, available online.

Limitation of liability

St John of God Health Care Inc, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of St John of God Health Care will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being $400).
