Are there any fees for your services?

Fees will vary depending on your eligibility to access government or private health insurance programs. We can assist by advising you of your options or any out of pocket expenses.

Will my care be provided by qualified staff?

Our care is provided by registered nurses, enrolled nurses and certificated personal care workers. We will also ensure that your usual treating medical practitioner is involved in your care.

What can I do if I am not happy with the service provided by your staff?

We consider both positive and negative feedback as an opportunity to improve the care which we provide. Please take a moment to provide your feedback.
