- Home Nursing - our home nursing service
Health Choices operates
from bases in Ballarat, Bendigo, Berwick,
Geelong, Melbourne and Warrnambool.
- Pathology - pathology collection centres and
laboratories across Victoria.
- Social Outreach and Advocacy services - a
major disability support service, Accord, in Melbourne, as well as counselling
services in Berwick (Raphael Centre),
Ballarat (Pomegranate House and
Bloomsbury House and Raphael House), Geelong (Raphael Centre) and Warrnambool
(Raphael Centre and Warrnambool
Counselling).
Western Australia
New Zealand
- Disability Services - a 65-bed service in
Halswell, Christchurch, for people
with acquired brain injuries, physical and neurological
disabilities; and St John of God
Wellington, a 36-bed long-term facility for adults with
physical disabilities, in the Wellington suburb of Karori.
- Social Outreach and Advocacy
services - a youth service, Waipuna, in Christchurch.
