St John of God Subiaco Hospital CEO Tina Chinery said that it was a pleasure to welcome the 18 international delegates to the hospital, and to provide insights into Australia’s private health care system and the hospital’s high quality, safe care.

“We are incredibly proud of the leading patient care and services we deliver, and welcome opportunities to share information with and learn from other groups within the local and broader international health care communities,” she said.

“In addition to providing our guests an overview of our hospital’s rich 126 year history, we shared insights into the future of St John of God Subiaco Hospital and our major redevelopment project which is currently underway.”

“Members of our hospital management also gave guided tours of our hospital’s campus and state of the art facilities, including our maternity ward, Bendat Family Comprehensive Cancer Centre, new isolation ward, and our theatre’s Clinical Command Centre.”

Obstetrician and Chair of Permata Cibubur Hospital Advisory Board Dr Dwiana Ocviyanti added that the team felt very fortunate for the experience.

“We are very grateful to members of the hospital for being so generous with their time and knowledge, and supporting this international connection,” she said.

“It was wonderful to spend time at the hospital, gain valuable insights into St John of God Subiaco Hospital’s five star care and services, and learn how the hospital has evolved over time.

“Permata Cibubur Hospital was opened in 2003 and we are continuing to invest in our facilities and services to ensure excellence and continued growth. There is a lot that can be learnt from an organisation like St John of God Subiaco Hospital that has been successfully delivering care to the community for more than a century.”

“We hope to welcome representatives from St John of God Subiaco Hospital to our hospital in the future, and return the warm hospitality.”
