St John of God Subiaco Hospital caregivers recognised and thanked by leading international organisation

All St John of God Subiaco Hospital Caregivers have been treated to delicious Lindt chocolates as thanks for the safe and compassionate care they are providing to the Western Australian community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The treats were generously donated by Swiss chocolatier company Lindt and sourced from the organisation’s WA stores.

St John of God Subiaco Hospital CEO Prof Shirley Bowen said that she was incredibly grateful to Lindt for the very special act of kindness.

“Our caregivers are working incredibly hard during what is a very uncertain time and are continuing to provide the safe and compassionate care that they are renowned for. It is wonderful that they are being acknowledged and thanked in this way.”

“Easter certainly has arrived early at our hospital this year.”

Lindt & Sprungli CEO Michael Schai added that the gift was to help cheer Caregivers up before Easter and keep the smiles going.
