While Executive Chef Anton Sanmuganthan’s passion is in delivering food that is nutritious, tasty and fits a range of dietary requirements, he is also committed to making sure his team provide excellent service to patients.

He achieves this by leading by example and visiting a number of patients each day to personally ask about their meals and their overall experience.

“We all know how much better a good meal can make us feel, particularly when you are unwell. Food and its connection to health and wellbeing is important to us,” says Anton.

“I also want to make sure that every patient is greeted with a smile when they are served their meals. I encourage my team to go the extra mile and find that taking the time to greet patients myself is a good way to encourage this.”
