“My friend has been working here for I believe close to 12 years now and she has been on at me to come and work at this amazing place for a very long time,” Amanda said.

“I finally listened to her and I have been very happy here ever since.”

“It is a fantastic place to work. I have worked in many hospitals across the Sydney area and it is definitely my favourite.”

Amanda said the qualities that made the hospital different, particularly for midwives, was the opportunity to support women and families across the full continuum of care.

“I love being able to come on the ward and work in numerous area. I work across delivery suite, special care nursery, as well as the postnatal/antenatal ward,” she said.

“No day is the same.”
