Local Business Award winners

Hawkesbury District Health Service were proud to be awarded winners in the Health Improvement Service category at the 2019 Hawkesbury Local Business Awards during a gala event on Wednesday 18 September.

Hawkesbury District Health Service Chief Executive Officer Strephon Billinghurst was thrilled with the win.

“Our Caregiver’s work really hard to ensure we provide the best service we can at all times. It’s great to see we are on the right track and to be recognised by the community,” he said.

The awards recognises outstanding service, and finalists are chosen by public vote. Businesses with the highest votes, who meet the strict award guidelines are announced as finalists.

Finalists are then invited to provide a submission and winners are selected based on a range of criteria including online presence (social media, website etc.), and a visit from an anonymous judge acting as a customer. Judges evaluate products, services and customer experience.
