Dr Ghosh completed her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology from Kings College Hospital in London. She moved to Perth with her family in 2017 and initially worked at King Edward Memorial Hospital and eventually joined St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals as Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2018.

Dr Ghosh has completed advanced training modules in maternal medicine, advanced labour ward practice and hysteroscopic surgery. She also has a post graduate diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive health, Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, London and is a certified colposcopist with the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical pathology.

Having worked across four continents, she brings extensive experience in all aspects of obstetrics and gynaecology, with expertise in high risk pregnancy care, colposcopy, advanced hysteroscopic surgeries and operative gynaecology. She also has a unique perspective coming from a multicultural background, and speaks fluent Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.

Apart from her clinical work, Dr Ghosh also has a passion for medical education, having completed a postgraduate certificate course in medical education from Dundee University in 2017. She has presented widely in national and international conferences, and authored several publications, including Cochrane reviews. She currently holds academic positions as Senior Clinical Lecturer at Curtin University and Associate Professor at Lincoln University College in Malaysia.
