Ms Keene is a Chartered Accountant with close to 20 years of non-executive director experience across not-for-profit, community services, aged and community care, government and education sectors.

She has extensive experience in C-suite roles, and was the Chief Executive Officer of MyIntegra, a leading provider of plan management and support coordination services in the disability sector prior to moving into non-executive director roles.

Ms Keene is currently a Board Member of Keystart Loans Ltd, SensesWA and Commissioner of the Insurance Commission of Western Australia. She also serves on the Curtin Heritage Living Board where she has oversight of a significant redevelopment of the organisation’s main residential care facility site, incorporating new independent living units.

She was the previous Chair of Disability Intermediaries Australia and a Director on the Silver Chain Board.

St John of God Health Care Board Chair Hon Kerry Sanderson AC CVO said Ms Keene’s diverse experience in aged and community care as well as disability services would complement the St John of God Health Care Board.

“Ms Keene is a highly respected non-executive director and has demonstrated capability in finance, strategy, risk, governance, technology and payment solutions, data analytics and automation and efficiency initiatives,” she said.

Ms Keene is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
