Royal Australasian College of Surgeons competition terms and conditions
Opening and closing dates
Entries into the competition will be accepted between 5.00pm (WST) on Friday 23 August and 7.00pm on Sunday 25 August 2019 (Submission Period).
After the Submission Period has concluded the winner will be randomly drawn from all entrants.
Who may enter
The only people who may enter the competition are:
- Australian residents currently living in Western Australia;
- Aged 18 years old or over and attended the 2019 Royal Australasian College of Surgeons WA Surgeons Ball on Friday 23 August 2019
How to enter
Attendees at the 2019 Royal Australasian College of Surgeons WA Surgeons Ball can complete the online entry form (sjog.org.au/enternow) promoted on cards placed on all tables at the ball.
Entrants need to provide the information requested between 5.00pm 23 August and 7.00pm 25 August 2019 to be entered into the competition.

Only one entry per person accepted.
Conditions of entry
St John of God Health Care reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Selection of the winner and prize details
The winner will be randomly drawn from all entrants and contacted on 26 August 2019 and will be given two weeks to contact St John of God Health Care to provide details of where to send their prize.
The winner will receive a voucher for a weekend for two people staying two nights in a garden deluxe room at Cape Lodge Private Country House Hotel and culinary retreat in Margaret River.
The prize Includes gourmet breakfast, in-room refreshments, afternoon tea, aperitif hour in the restaurant lounge, 3 course dinner with selected wines, a sunset hamper with bubbles and a 1 hour deep cleansing and rebalancing facial and massage for 2 people.
The prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
If any aspect of the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason, St John of God Health Care reserves the right to substitute the prize for any other item of equal or greater value.
If the prize remains unclaimed by 9 September 2019, the Prize will be considered forfeited and may be used by St John of God Health Care for an alternative purpose, entirely at the discretion of St John of God Health Care.
Personal information collected by St John of God Health Care in conjunction with this competition will only be used to identify the winner of the competition and for St John of God Health Care’s future marketing and promotional activities.
Limitation of liability
St John of God Health Care, its employees, agents or contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of this prize draw or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of St John of God Health Care will not exceed the total cost of the prize (being $2,079).
