Welcome to St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice

St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice provides specialist palliative care on the basis of need, irrespective of financial status. It is situated on the grounds of St John of God Hospital, Murdoch. The purpose built 20 bed facility was established in 1998 as a result of the vision and overwhelming support of the Community, Sisters of St John of God and St John of God Health Care.

In February 2006 Murdoch Community Hospice, as it was previously known, joined St John of God Health Care to become known as St John of God Murdoch Community Hospice.

A copy of the 2005 Memorandum of Understanding developed between Murdoch Community Hospice and St John of God Health Care for the integration of the hospice into the St John of God Health Care group is available below.
