St John of God Pathology, Victoria was established in 1968 and is a NATA accredited laboratory service that strives to deliver high quality diagnostic pathology services to medical practitioners, hospitals and industry throughout Victoria.
The practice comprises of eleven laboratories located in Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Castlemaine, Kerang, Kyabram, Mildura, Portland, St Arnaud, Stawell, and Warrnambool, supported by nineteen collection centres with extensive courier and domiciliary services throughout Victoria.
On 1 November 2004, St John of God Health Care acquired PathCare Consulting Pathologists. With the acquisition, there are now four additional laboratories located in Moonee Ponds, Colac and two in Geelong, supported by a further 28 collection centres in Victoria.
