St John of God Nepean Rehabilitation Hospital runs a number of education programs including:
Regular "lunch and learn" sessions on a wide variety of topics, clinical and administrative; and
A Nurse Educator who runs regular programs for all caregivers.
The hospital also supports its caregivers in accessing relevant courses, conferences and further education programs to enhance their career development. Caregivers can also apply for the annual Sisters of St John of God Fellowships, which provide assistance for study and further development.
