Patient account payment options

Pay by BPay

Telephone and Internet Banking: Contact your participating financial institution to arrange payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Please quote the Biller Code No 57091 and your Reference Number as shown on the front of our Tax Invoice to you. We will issue and post a receipt to you.

Pay by post

Make crossed cheques payable to St John of God Pathology. Send cheque and payment advice to:

Please do not send cash through the post.

Pay by credit card

To pay your invoice using your credit card, please call 1300 550 242. We accept Mastercard or Visa. Please have your Reference number at hand: your Reference Number is located on the bottom left hand corner of the front page of your invoice, in the "payment advice" section. We will issue and post a receipt to you.

Pay in person

Payment may be made at your nearest pathology collection centre. A receipt will be issued and you will be able to claim immediately from your nearest Medicare Office. Payment by cheque or correct cash would be appreciated as limited change is available.
