I would like to apply for Online Access
Generally access is provided on a practice by practice basis
(where applicable), with one username and password issued. One
practice login allows you and other practice doctors to shar
results. An individual login means NO other doctor in your surgery
can see patient results requested by you.
When submitting a request for a practice login, only one request
is required per surgery. Alternatively, doctors can phone our IS
department on 1800 676 823 to set up online access.
