Changes to visitor car parking during redevelopment

Information on how to enter the hospital and where to park.

As part of the redevelopment, a new medical services building will be built at the front of the hospital, including a new façade. Due to this, the front entry of the hospital will be closed for the duration of the project. This will include access to the front visitor carpark and the main hospital entry.

The main temporary visitor car park entry will be adjacent to the Emergency Department (entry off Mair St). There will be signage which will show drop off areas and longer term parking. There will also be updated signage which will show where the temporary reception is located and how to navigate to different parts of the hospital upon arrival. If you are unsure and need assistance, our hospital volunteers will be more than willing to assist you.

A second entry will be available from Webster St from the 4 July 2022 for those parking on the street.
This is currently the Lake Imaging entry.

For those visiting Ballarat Cardiology and Ballarat Cancer Care, the car park and entry from Drummond St will remain open.
