Welcome to Accord

We recognise and respond to the needs of individuals within the community who have an intellectual disability.

Our goal is to provide the highest standard of service possible to those in need and ensure that all our programs are socially inclusive, provide people with opportunities to learn, develop, contribute and support them to lead fulfilling lives.

We offer individualised support (IS), community engagement through our day programs (ACES), respite for carers, advocacy support, shared supported accommodation (SSA) and open or supported employment. Further information is available here or use the Quick Links options on this page.

Our services are located throughout greater Melbourne, specifically, North-Western and Eastern regions. We promote a values-based approach to support, which respects the dignity and worth of each human person. 

We deliver person-centred services supporting people with a disability to live a lifestyle of their choice, where they are actively involved and engaged as valued members of their community.

Shared Supported Accommodation located in the Northern, North-Western and Eastern region.

Corporate Services - administrative services supporting Accord in General Administration, HR, Finance, Infrastructure and Risk Management.

Supported Employment - Churinga Employment Support Service (CHESS) offers employment in garden maintenance, test and tag, and ironing services.

Open Employment Services - YES Personnel (Ringwood).
