Diabetes service
The Centre provides education, support and
management for people with diabetes living in Warrnambool and
surrounding regions, and includes services for people with Type 1
Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes and Gestational Diabetes.
Diabetes services
- individual and group education services
- provision of blood glucose meters and insulin delivery
devices
- ambulatory stabilisation
- insulin pump therapy
- services to support women with diabetes in pregnancy
Referral is desirable but not essential.
Please speak with your doctor regarding referral under
Medicare.
The Diabetes Centre operates Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday.
