We are here for you
Our service is an integral part of your
holistic care, offering emotional and spiritual support to you and
your family by professionally qualified pastoral practitioners and
chaplains employed by the hospital. We recognise that during times
of illness, pain or stress, you may find yourself feeling more
vulnerable than normal and that the opportunityto talk to someone
about your feelings and experiences can provide comfort and relief.
The service is available to patients and their families of all
beliefs and cultures.
We provide a free, confidential service 24 hours a
day, 7 days per week.

within the Hospital.

Multi-faith Services
The Hospital has a Chapel complex which
comprises a main Chapel and a small Blessed
Sacrament Chapel. The
Catholic and Anglican Chaplains’ offices are also located in the
complex. Our Chapel has been designed to provide beautiful
reflective space for all patients, their families and our
caregivers. The main Chapel is open for visiting from 7.00am to
9.00pm daily and the smaller Chapel is open 24 hours a day.
Volunteers provide Holy Communion to patients on a daily basis.
Please contact Pastoral Services or your caregiver if you wish to
receive communion.
Accredited Chaplains from a variety of faiths may be contacted
to visit you through the Pastoral Services Department.

Our religious services
are broadcast on our internal television network on
Channel 1.
