We provide Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) with unique clinical opportunities, case mix and experiences as part of their career in Medicine.

Structured education is part of the program with practical tutorials, journal club and Grand Rounds. There is excellent access to patients for teaching and clinical experience.

  • Basic Physician Training status with the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP); and
  • Two SET 1 posts in General Surgery accredited with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).

As a Subi Junior Medical Officer, you will be the immediate point of contact with Unit Consultants. This means that prior to (or just after) you enter advanced training, you will be in the enviable position of working closely with, learning from and building relationships with Perth’s most respected and influential specialist physicians and surgeons.
