Accreditation at our Hospital

The Office of Medical Affairs is the primary point of contact for any queries by Specialist Medical Practitioners. 
Accreditation as a Specialist Practitioner (Specialist Accreditation) is available to a Practitioner who is certified by the relevant Clinical College, holds full WA Medical Broad Registration and is recognised as a Specialist for the payment of medical benefits by the Health Insurance Commission (HIC).

To admit patients and/or operate at St John of God Hospital Subiaco, all medical practitioners must be accredited to hold clinical privileges at the Hospital. Accreditation application packs can be obtained from the Office of Medical Affairs - please apply in writing below or email karen.gonsalves@sjog.org.au
