Accounts
The Patient Accounts office at St John of God
Hospital Richmond is located adjacent to reception on the
ground floor. You will need to visit the Patient Accounts office
during your stay with us and upon discharge.
Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to
4.30pm.
Under most circumstances, your hospital accommodation charges
are covered by your health fund. Pharmacy items may or may not be
included in your level of private health cover, so please consult
with Patient Accounts caregivers to verify charges.
Should you require more details on hospital
costs, one of our Patient Accounts' caregivers will be pleased to
assist you.
