Accounts
St John of God Pinelodge Clinic is a registered and Government
approved Private Hospital and therefore the Private Health
Insurance Fund will contribute towards the Hospital fees to the
extent of the level of cover taken out by the patient.
Our Administration caregivers will explain the
position regarding accounts upon admission and at any other
time upon request. Accounts are paid on admission.
Cash, Cheque, Visa and EFTPOS are all acceptable methods of
payment.
To discuss any problem regarding payment of your account, make
an appointment with an Accounts Receivable team member to
make a mutually acceptable arrangement.
The Hospital will claim on the patient’s behalf from the
relevant Health Fund.
Patients are asked to call at Reception or see
the Patients Admission Clerk before leaving in order to sign
any outstanding forms.
