Admissions
Pre-admission
Before your admission, one of our Rehabilitation Assessment
Nurses will visit you to assess your suitability for our programs,
provide information about our services and facilities, and talk to
you and your health care team about your progress and discharge
plan.
Admission
On admission, our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and
allied health professionals establishes an individual therapy
program featuring realistic goals.
A senior medical rehabilitation specialist oversees your
rehabilitation and monitors your progress. Your day to day medical

of General Practitioners or your General Practitioner, if they wish
to care for you in hospital.
