Radiology has been providing diagnostic imaging services in
Western Australia since 1981. We have grown to become one of the
largest providers in the state with a network of 21 metropolitan
and country branches, and premier hospital locations.
SKG Murdoch provides a full range of comprehensive imaging
services including:
- General x-ray
- Dental x-ray (OPG)
- Fluoroscopy
- Mammography
- CT
- MRI
- Ultrasound (including Nuchal Translucency and Doppler
scanning)
- FNA biopsy and Interventional procedures
Nuclear Medicine
SKG Radiology Murdoch is located within the St John of God
Medical Centre adjacent to the Emergency Department. Paid parking
is available on the hospital grounds during business hours.

Inpatients
If you require any services by SKG during a stay in hospital,
you will receive a separate account. SKG Radiology is a separate
entity to the Hospital and therefore bills for its services
separately. This will be explained to you prior to admission. Your
private health insurer may make a contribution towards your fees
for radiological imaging, or possibly cover them in full. This
depends on both your level of hospital cover and your individual
insurance provider. SKG strongly recommends that you contact your
private health insurer prior to your admittance to hospital to find
out whether your out-of-pocket expenses for radiology will be
covered.
