Salary
Most of our caregivers are covered by Enterprise Bargaining
Agreements (EBAs). Our EBAs are family friendly, and offer
flexibility with salary rates of pay competitive with other health
care industries.
Salary packaging
Salary packaging is offered to caregivers in accordance
with the St John of God Health Care Salary Packaging Policy and
Procedures. Caregivers can salary package up to 50% of their annual
base salary to various benefit items.
