Studio Apartments
The studio apartments at Haswell are situated in the award
winning gardens of St John of God Halswell, only minutes from the
city centre. There are three self-contained studio apartments,
available on a short to medium term basis for people with a
physical disability. 
Studio apartments One and Two have an inter-connecting door
providing flexibility for family and carer needs. The
studio apartments have car parking and well appointed outside
spaces. You are welcome to enjoy our gardens.
The studio apartments are fully furnished to a high
standard. Two have queen sized beds and one has a single
electric bed. Occupants are able to supply their own bed /
mattress to meet their specific needs.
Each studio apartment
has:
- Fully equipped kitchenette with a
combi-convection microwave, two burner hob
and refrigerator
- Flat screen TV
- Telephone
- Climate controlled by heat pumps
- Linen
- Dishes, silverware, glasses
Included in cost:
- Free local calls
- Electricity
- Gas heated continuous hot water
- Normal linens
- Cleaning - twice weekly
- Free use of laundry facilities for personal
items
- Ability to participate in St John of God
