Accreditation and quality
St John of God Halswell is Ministry of Health
certified provider (currently certified for three years) and
is fully compliant with the New Zealand Health and Disability
Services Standards.
A quality improvement program exists across
the service, with residents and relatives asked to complete surveys
and questionnaires from time to time. Feedback such as this helps
us continue to provide a quality service.
