We value and encourage feedback on the services that we provide - be it from patients, family, friends or visitors.

All our patient rooms are supplied with a patient comment form available for you to complete. These forms can be placed in the feedback receptacle at main reception anytime during your stay or on discharge. You may also leave the form in your room for a caregiver to collect.

If you prefer to speak to someone about your comments, please advise your nurse or contact reception who will arrange for the patient advocate to come and speak with you.

If you have been discharged from the hospital and wish to provide feedback, this can be done in writing or over the phone.
